not completely, they still have their arms and soldiers, but they no longer influence the federal government that much
they can maybe bully around small states like benishangul gumuz, but cannot do that to big regions like amhara, oromia, somali

they are okay, so far, we have little to no issues. our only issue is with the gurage led Ginbot 7, who wants to dismantle federalism.
but, the oromo are too strong, for them. they can only cause some chaos here, and there, in finfinne/addis ababa.
oromo are about 58-60 percent muslims.

the oromo shut down the country bro, without us working and contributing, the economy would collapse in a matter of time. a short time, too.
oromo are the backbone of the nation in pretty much everywhere from the army to the economy.
not to mention millions of us surround the capital city and shut it down for a long time.
the capital city depends on oromo food, oromo water, oromo labor, etc.
