It's true it's western funds but we need a capable minister of finance and minister of economics if I was the Somaliland govt i would create a ministery of economics. We need an audit system that works and we need punishment jail for corrupt officials. What I see here in hargeysa is some people dheriga.maba karsadab some people drive 50.m000 dollar vehcle distrubtion of wealth and uplift the gdp per capita. Dadka jilicsan ba badan. But we need to invest infrastructure and bridges and water and higher education.
