Will Somaliland survive the parliamentarian election ?

Its very dangerous time. Every sub-clan is vying to elect the most Mps to the lower house. This is man-eat man pure tribalism.
The current parliament MP tribal share within the Isaaq is as the following:
1- Habar Awal 16 mps.
2- Habar Jeclo 16 mps.
3- Garxajis 18 mps.
4- Arab ????
5- rest of Isaaq unkown????
At least over 50% of mps are Isaaq and the rest are non-Isaaq , the Daarood share of mps were allocated to them like one allocates flour portion to a refugee which is not fair at all.
Now so far no reform , or formula for election have been created . Yet the qaad-cud-chewing goats of SL can't wait for this " election". I have said it and i will say it again , SL will be destroyed by this perpetual clan-elections, clannish elections are the trojan horse for somaliland's destruction . We barley survived the clannish presidential election , which in terms of clannish was thinly veiled . Now imagine an open clan election like the Parliament , imagine H.Y getting less then the Habr Awal , or Habar Jeclo getting less then the Habar Awal and now since the habar awal are president , of course the first thing we will say is " habar awal iyo ina Biixi baa ku shubtay" .

It's More clannish election, but keep in mind, each region was given it's fair share of parliament in early 2018:
it was something like this:
Maroodi jeex 21 mps, HA, GX, Arab, Ayub, Toljeclo,
Togdheer 17 mps HJ, HY
Sool 14 Dhul, HJ, HY
Sanaag 14 Hy HJ, DHul, WG,
Saaxil 14, HA, HJ HY
Awdal 13 Samaroon

A priority should be to remove the qurjiile from the list of groups receiving a quota like Midgaan and women.
They should only be given a quota if they publicly accept their status of 0.5 underclass in Somaliland. Other than that they should be made to compete and be humiliated when their vote numbers turn out less than Arab of Hargeisa.
The only aspect of the election I am looking forward to is seeing more Las Anod qurjjile females wearing Somaliland colours, and seeing the look on the faces of their men

How can Awdal get less representation that Sool when its double the population of Sool?

I meant how can Awdal get less than Sool when it has almost double the population of Sool?

Thats insane , Awdal only 13 mps and Saaxiil 14??? wtf. Awdal has 10 times more population then Saaxil. Why not just give Ciise Muuse and Zubeeria a quota of 14 and be honest, why the act? Saaxil is synonymous wih Ciise Muuse , the few H.Y and H.J that are in Saaxil have long agp gave up competeing for anything , since everything is given to Ciise Muuse for the last 25 years, first by Cigaal who created this xaaraan-gobol for his clan and then Riyoole and Badhibadhi and then througout the years of Siilaanyo mentored by Amina Waris in all ciise-muuse affairs and now they have their own Zubeeria president Biixi.
Sanaag with 14 mps will be divided along Daarood Vs Isaaq and so is Sool, not Saaxiil which is basically 80% Ciise Miise with 20% Hy and HJ. tottaly unfair.

Saaxil's allocation is not fair, but at least it is the region that provides most of the income of Somaliland's government, in that sense one can understand how the CM have managed to get such a good deal. Better allocation of seats is key to include HY and HJ.
I am still perplexed by the allocation given to Sool though. In the last election, Awdal produced more than double the votes of Sool. And all population estimates present Awdal as a region with about double the population of Sool.
Even Saaxil produced more votes than Sool.
I say let the qurjiile be humiliated and give them as many MPs as their votes get them

Sahil isn't only Isse Muuse, for example in the last golaha deegaanka elections, Berbera golaha deegaanka is 21 xildhibaan, 5 HJ 3 HY, and 12 Isse Muuse, that's more like almost 50%/50%.
There will be more candidates in this parliament election, so don't who is who.

Berbera is not ciise muuse or any tribe , awarding Ciise Muuse as though they own Berbera and treating its revenue as though is Ciise Muuse charity to SL is absolutely crazy.
Appeasement is an appeasement whether done for the ciise muuse or the qurjile . This new election will infuriate the folks from Awdal , remember the Daarood in SL will also have their share in Togdheer , Sanaag and Sool , while the Gedabursi will be elected from only Awdal.
Somaliland politicians are constantly pushing SL to the brink , its by luck do we survive. The foul/loud mouthed traitor bufoon Faisal Waraabe is all over the mdeia threatening a clan coupe while the nation is busy gossiping about Xirsi's little booklet. fucken disgrace , in this speed we will be under Italian somalia within few years , once the World Bank sponsor and back Italian Somalia currency , that reliable currency will come to SL and the highly inflated Somaliland shilling will be sued as a toilet paper.

How come that 50% mp for non=ciisse muuse mps doesn't translate into power sharing? the city mayor and port manager , police and all are Ciise Muuse. what having 50% of the vote in province amounts to..nothing.
lets be honest Ciise Muuse are not 50% of Saaxiil , its mind baffling all of a sudden in mid 2000s ciise muuse is outnumbering H.Y by 4 times?? but having all the positions of power both politically and economically can be translated into election.

But at the end of the day it's all depends the votes, no mps with less than 11k - 15k will not make it to the parliament.

The city mayor and the port manager yes are Isse muuse but, vice mayor, deputy port manager, xog haynta, head of police, governor are all non isse muuse and are hj and hy.
