Clearly this cabinet remains unknown, ineffective and overdue. The only working guy is the Minister of Agriculture. All the others are big failures and it's time Muse came out and actually got some fresh air and taste of the reality.

He needs to start with by reshuffling the cabinet and putting known names in his cabinet while taking some interns.

Agriculture should remain.

For strategic reasons the Interior should go to either Cidagale or Isxaaq----so all those "tolayey Garhajis" have little BS to stir. I am particularly in favor of Isxaaq man such as Haybe. Very competent and capable guy. Straight from miyi to magaalo like Hirsi Gaab. Isxaaq is probably the most neutral and knows all reero well apart from HJ.

The finance minister should go to Samaroon.

Shire should be sacked. The midget has achieved very little despite his cool demeanour and good command of the English language. There is surely better candidates.

The aviation should be for Isxaaq and I know some good candidates. I personally would focus on Wadani members and split that dying party. Get their most capable people. I won't name them but if Bihi did his homework he would focus on business owners, people cash rolling the likes of Wadani. He can reduce the list.

The Isxaaq guy in Kulmiye senior position is Abdalle Isxaaq---I think his name was ina Abdi Dheere. That's Timiro's cousin (hopefully she didn't hear me) I prefer Haybe Adan.

The problem is 90% of Muse Bixis administration is reer somaliland (non qurbojoog) including cabinet ministers. These politicians from back home lack diplomacy and experience. Some of them are not well educated.
Somaliland therefore remained stagnant, there has not been any changes or progress, I’m yet to see any progress in most ministries. Something is not right and we need a change.
We got very experienced well known politicians in kulmiye who got no roles in government such as Professor Ahmed Samatar, Jamal Ali Hussein and Ali Khalif Galaydh. Give these guys a job I think they can make a difference.

The young folks should remain. Most of them are
technocrats they are doing good job . Muj kaahin and minister sacad cali shire should be replaced. I would bring back Duur for the ministry of interior , he could be groomed to be our next president . Ambassador galaal (hj) for our ministry of foreign affairs.
