I hope onlf and others are running on a message/platform of self governance, not one FOR joining Somalia, as that'd would be much more difficult to get. We need to keep our intentions hidden and only stress that we we wan to govern ourselves, if we get that, everything else will be easy.

Meta I think the ONLF will merge and or pass the mantle to the Somali regional party. I expect it’s soldiers to join the Liyu and it’s leaders to function as advisors/counselors. Not sure what junior members will do. It’s youth wing may form it’s own more militant Somali centric party that will test the limit of Ethiopia’s experiment with democracy
