Fact being the 17 seats from Sool are heavily divided and he is not their guy. No one can win Puntland Presidency without Sool Iyo Sanaag Support.
With that being said 70% Chance Ali Haji Warsame will win on Tuesday he has most of the votes from Sool his reer abti.

With the amount of Money currently flying around in Garowe these two guys can buy up all the votes they need and have a good chance.

Farmaajo pick Ali Isse Abdi, an economist with a background in accounting and finance has a chance at the seat demanding on how the voting unfolds. He most likely won't make the cut but we will see.

I am all for Cali Xaaji Warsame or Ali Ciise. Knowing that Gaas is Cumar Maxmuud, it is hard to see Cali Xaaji taking it though.
