Who's the real leader of Somalia?

Who is the leader of Somalia, is it farmaajo or Kheyre?

Having a president and prime minister is confusing for somalia, unlike ethiopia the president is just for ceremonial occasions like most countrys with prime and president.

The thing is kheyre is Runing the show and farmaajo has no clue. Am i wrong in this. To make it worse all the Federal leaders undermine him.

That's why i ask myself why would Somaliland join a untenable situations, when it has thing's under control and has a better framework. Every one in Somaliland knows their work from parliament to Minister to civil servant.

We might not be perdext in somaliland but at least we have a better roadmap then Mogdishu.


Thats why in the long term countries will deal with hargeisa as it has better structures and communication hence xooparation will be easier and fruitful.
