There will be a Khaatumo state. Ali Khalif Galayr met with Abiy for two days and was told that he'll get a new federal state with Gen. Caare in SSC. Somaliland government clearly states there would be no talks held with Somalia unless there is 3rd party international mediators. We will not talk to a Faqash kid who doesn’t control his own capital. Farmajo was begging for talks to be held in Ethiopia when Bixi was attending. However somaliland refused to meet him and he went back to Somalia.
