somalia should also work towards manufacturing arms. that way it can be self sufficient in that regard.

Africa must achieve the basics before moving on to anything else. Singapore went from third world to first then started manufacturing their own arms when they achieved technological advancement, now they are one of the main players in the market, they compete with their traditional suppliers
