SNM influence is so deep in our armed forces

All Major army divisions are named after the days SNM heroes died during the liberation .
According to mujaahid boobe
The 31th division: that number came From the day aadan shiine died , 31 /05/1987
The 12th division : it's the day abdikadir koosar died , 12/7 / 1987
17th brigade,. Is named after the day lixle died . 17/10/ 1984
The 3th brigade : is named after the day nujaahid maxmuud xaaji Hassan ( hurre) died . 3/3/ 1986
All to those divisions and brigades were created in the 80s before Somaliland indepedence.

So what you are saying we are celebrating their death not birthday

17th October is also the national Marty's day . It's the same day lixle died in burco duuray 1984.

Yes, mainly , biimaal gaadsan , and surre and ciise. I have seen a blind surre man who Lost his eye sight for your freedom. The southern Dir later formed their own SSNM . Many died in hargeisa and burco wars, Gadabuursi oo afwayne inagu diray Dir inta kale ka ugu liitaa uurkuu inooga ducayn jiray.
