Wallahi this is very sad. All state resources first and foremost should be spent on security. The is the first building block of a state. Instead treacherous mercenary politicians like mahdi guled and bayle steal from reer Mogadishu. Mahdi guled is building housing estate in masalaha hargeisa and Bayle is building a hotel in jigjiga yar hargeisa. Other politicians like farmajo and kheyre have stuffed state funds into Turkish banks.

When the mayor of Dayniile (before he was fired - should have been arrested) is firing mortars into Villa Somalia according to you how is the government expected to make any progress security wise.

I don’t know why the government takes over shabaab areas without the intention of staying there. It causes supporters of the government to be targeted by shabaab when they return. Complete failure Wallahi in a normal country this would be impeachable offence however somalia is a tribalist failed state being propped up by the international community. The locals need to take back their country.
