where is this so called hiraab when al kebab is destroying the lives of thousands in Xamar? Why don't Hiraab unite to oust Amisom from the south?

They had 8 years of HSM rule, and corruption was rampant but no one batted an eyelid. 2 years into Farmaajo presidency and they are going through the 91 route. If this goes through, it will set us back by 20 years and we won't recover in our lifetimes.
Why don they use the parliament to oust the PM or Pres? Or better yet wait till next year?
