That is Abdirizaaq Gaadaco one of the great Prewar Waaberi singers, he now says he regrets those years and wants the Kacaan to return he is a refugee in London. But Magool on the other hand never asked for forgiveness.

That Gaadaco guy doesn't age. I thought he was wijiyo xun mainly because don't remember him ever performing with Waaberi. I just listened to an interview he gave and it turns out all his songs were made after 1991. Anyway I am surprised he was part of the USC.
