It's nice, but no where near the design developers put forth. The design had us believe we were getting American inspired villas with nice green backyard and nice paved road along the area.

How much do these houses cost? How is Security? All homes match their design exactly.
They cost anything from $40k to $200k
I inquired about it and they said you could actually put down initial down payment of 30% and pay the rest over four years.
They were already sold out.

Those Habiib Villas look nice. Those wouldn't work for me though. I don't like having neighbors that close.

When I move back to Somalia it would never build house in Mog.
outside the big town is better, its not a place to raise a family
It don't want to my family killed in some explosions
Also so many fractions controll that area right now
