Question regarding the legacy of the SNM

Why don't we construct a memorial similar to that of other nations that allow us to preserve the memory and names of those who laid down their lives in order for us to live in peace today?

Many vets are still homeless and limping around with one leg, all I'm saying is that things like these that we take for granted can be forgotten within a century or two, it's important that this task be undertaken.

Instead of 18 May street partying we need to construct a war memorial in every city center to honour the valour and sacrifice of the thousands of young SNM men and women that liberated our beloved nation. Without those heroes many of enemies collaborators and useless politician who have only big mouth and spread fitna, today would have been General Morgen mistress and concubine with pink lipstick. Somaliland would have been also Absame settlers land.

Agreed. These iidoor news outlets spread nothing but fitna.

Take this video for example

From the title you would assume Xildhibaan Dheeg spent the entire video criticizing the government on arresting the Dhulbahante MP. But the vast majority of the video is spent explaining the significance on 18 May, how iidoors gave concessions to Gadabursi and Harti (despite their involvement in the Faqash regime) to bring them into the fold of Somaliland in 1991 - something non-Isaaqs conveniently leave out when arguing Somaliland is a clan project.

And it's not even that expensive . All we need is a wall or a tower with the names of those military win SNM heroes who died in action. The biggest one should be erected in Berbera too boost it's tourist attraction .

Few years back qabyo tire the ex governor of togdheer , suggested that we should erect africa's longest flag pole In front of building we were sitting when we declared somaliland indepedence. I am not sure if he put that project in our national development plan, because he later became the minister of planning.

Some people wants to erase SNM legacy , but we should double our efforts to lionize them. If our countrymen in the East wants fair treatment for daraawiish , fair enough . We should also honor daraawiish leaders despite the fact that none of them was harti. We don't mind to teach our children about
sultan nuur , hajji sudi and other isaaq dervishes.

are you kidding me , you have seen how the neo-idoor faqash celebrated the life of Cabid Waarabe an archetypal faqash and traitor . These people will celebrate the legacy of Cawil Mucjiso and Ismaaciil Faqash and Warancade soon too, never mind SNM , the whole shit is soo fake and ridiculous now that the entire nation is historically confused.

Within my life time , Afweyne , the , mad mullaha and even morgan will be lionized in Somaliland , give it a time .

This example is one of evidence could be the final nail in the coffin of Somaliland.
That dhulbahante Xildhibaan who called 18 May maalin madow upon taking his isxanbaar selection have swear that he will support and defend the Somaliland constitution and his salary is around $3000 an Month
