Tukeh Found Guilty of War Crimes

A US jury has found that a former Uber driver living in Virginia committed acts of torture during Somalia's civil war in the late 1980s.
Somali citizen Farhan Tani Warfaa testified last week in the Washington DC suburbs that ex-Somali colonel Yusuf Abdi Ali shot and tortured him.
Ali was a commander in the national army and supporter of dictator Mohamed Siad Barre, say court documents.
Until this month, Ali drove for Uber, with a high 4.89 rating.
On Tuesday, a jury at a federal court in Alexandria, Virginia, found that Ali was responsible for the torture of Mr Warfaa more than three decades ago, awarding Mr Warfaa $500,000 (£448,000) in damages.

imagine if we make mass lawsuit against the faqash ,especially those in europe like gani and duufle
we should also tighten the rope against mogdisho to start trial on war crimes committed by afweye .

How about if he is broke and can't pay the money, will they arrest him or deport him. I don't see any justice served in this case.

I'd prefer if he was deported to Somaliland so he can face a war crime tribunal before being hung.

For someone who had spend most of his time in the US working in menial jobs to make ends meet, I doubt very much that he has that much money laying about and my initial thoughts were exactly as yours. And I totally agree justice has not been served. Now a criminal case should be pursued to make him rot in prison for the rest of what remains of his miserable life.

This crimnal must be immediately deported from America and send one way ticket to Somaliland where he can be hanged for crimes against ahlu bait. He is the worst of the worst of the faqash. Also he house and any of his savings must be liquidated to pay as compilation to Mr Warfa and the millions of survivors of the faqash Bare regime. One by one the faqash are being taking down who is next I bet alot faqash are feeling the wind and cold of West extra hard they know they are gulity its just a matter of time we take them next. May Justice forever rule

When foreign war crimes suspects, persecutors and human rights abusers are identified within U.S. borders, the unit utilizes its powers and authorities to the fullest extent of the law to investigate, prosecute and, whenever possible, remove any such offenders from the United States.
Since he’s been found in a US court to be responsible for war crimes and is now branded a war criminal - he is eligible for removal from the States. Not to mention his previous immigration fraud cases him and his wife (who claimed to be Isaaq
) went through.

Shouldn't a convicted war criminal be in jail? There are a number of war criminals still living in the US despite deportation order:

Problem is there is zero contribution from our political and financial elite. In fact our political elite rather not prosecute any war criminal.
