How did she even get through the gate without being detected ? Or did they not bother checking her car since she was a government employee? Man if I was the president I’d nuked the whole damn city..Nacala 90% of reer Mogadishu are either alshabab or related to alshabab member.

She must have had security clearance and probably was known to security officials who let her pass. It's possible a foreign agency (Western, African, Middle Eastern) was behind it. They could have drugged her with specific drug that makes her compliant, placed the remote-controlled explosives on her body, and directed or phoned her to go to the specific building.

Alshabab are patient, they build trust like what this women did. Then they strike.
Similar tactic could be deployed by Alshabab again to strike Kheyre and Farmaajo office.
