A Very Little Talked About Horrible Trait Us Somalis Have

Lets face it we are addicted to Xaraan. In the West its welfare fraud, tax fraud on these so called ‘businesses’ and just overall figuring out a way to cheat the system. In Somalia its selling expired raashin and medicine, using IDPs as a business, double dipping checks from the Gov and AS, accepting money from regional spoilers etc.


Lets be frank and face the reality, overall we’re not very honest and God fearing people when it comes to making a halaal living. Blue collar Somalis who want to make a honest living, bring their lunch pale to work, blue collar hard workers is not as common as compared to more successful societies. I challenge you all, dare you all to tell me this is not the case.


The Dua of people who live off Xaraan is not accepted and maybe this is one of the reasons we are being punished Subhaan Allah.

I disagree....and I'll tell you why.
The vast majority of Somalis in Somalia earn an honest living...whether it be herding/farming or labouring.

The major businessmen of Somalia have a model which is basically to source substandard and counterfeit products at rock bottom prices.....then sell the to Somalis for exorbitant prices.

Everything that comes into the country is basically rubbish.

Right now a 50kg sack of chinese rice.....which is the broken grains that fall out during sieving contain many tiny rock fragments, cost $32.

You can get premium Indian Basmati in London for less.
When you boil up the Chinese "waste" rice.....which is fit only as an animal feed......it turns into mushy porridge like consistency with rocks.

Here where I live in the UK life is very expensive. What most Somalis tend to do is...
1. The husband and wife registered as separate or divorced, although they are popping kids every year
2. Husband rents out his council flat and moves in with wife and kids.
3. Husband is working full time as a taxi driver or security
4. Wife and children are getting all the welfare benefits in the world.
5. The husband and wife are busy building houses for themselves back home or doing other businesses.
6. Kids end up getting neglected and turn to the world of crime

Alhamdulilah I’m not one of those people, I only feed my family with my earned income.

Totally agree with you . I don't know one single somali person in my community who is not corrupted. Somalis take less risks in Europe , so they are not involved with drugs and organized crimes. But they abuse the system like no other community. Social fraud, housing fraud, tax fraud, immigration fraud. They do all kinds of fraud.
It's normal thing. Even the native peaple we deal with get corrupted , any lawyers , Doctors and landlords who deal with Somalis are corrupted .

Taxes I mentioned but everyone rich, poor middle class gets creative with taxes. But the other stuff I mentioned we can’t deny we haven’t seen it or heard it. I’m talking about pure unadulterated Xaraan.
