In the 4.5 system any one with few millions of pocket money can be the president of somalia. We isaaqs are not interested to be the Head of state of Somalia. But we prefer to make Kings behind the scene as we have strong presence in the parliament of Somalia. We should fox on to control at least one third of Somalia's MPs through tribilism and financial interests .
