I did read it. HSM was open to negotiation from the MOU signed by Sh. Sharif. That MOU is the root of all evil, it put the territorial integrity of Somalia in question. The sea hasn’t been sold it can only be sold through a bi lateral treaty signed by the president and passed through the parliament.

Somalia has no control over the water or any water infact Kenya already patrols much of Somalia’s sea. Along with other foreign navies. The arguement is about who has soverinity it the territory. You have to talk to Kenya first and see what they are claiming but when it became nonsense HSM did the right thing and took it to court. The sea case is an open and shut case. If you research the precadent from previous cases and when you look up maritime laws Kenya has no case. There’s really nothing to even huff and puff about.
