when i was new to this site i used to think hawadle were brown skinned people based on how my family and relatives look like and some some of my families are very colourist for example i have dark skinned cousin he refuses to go with us family gatherings because people will ask why he is dark when granfather was looking like an arab. my grandmother refused to marry based on dumaal(inheriting brothers wife) because his brother was dark and she married brown skinned dude from the jufo who is may grandfather...this made all their children brown and that is why i "escaped" from being dark skinned as i said to my friends kkkk so excuse me from the ignorance i was fed by the family im now married darker wife(maariin with indian hair) than me i have changed completely i dont believe what i used to say when i was new

believe me all somalis have the same skin colour every subclan has dark and brown people but you can say this subclan has more brown skinned people like isaaq for example they have more ligher folks than other clans but also they have dark folks. when it comes to koonfurta, hawadle are one of the most midib furan of hawiyes/samaales but also all gugundhabe are like that(baadicade, gaaljecel and degodia)..abgaal have both but the darker group are the majority but they have the likes of waceysle who tend to have more brown skinned people. murursade and duduble and saleebaan and saruur majority are darker than the normal Somali.
