It says in the video he is not going to Mogadishu for political reasons so why would he not go back. I haven't paid much attention to this guy. Last I remember some idiot named nacnac or something was insulting this guy and another Dhulbahante guy. Is he still part of Hargaisa's government? And if so will he become the first active member of that government to visit Mogadishu?

He was never part of the Hargaisa Administration. He is going to Xamar for personal reasons as he says in the Video.

I don't the government will meet him, first you will never know what he will do tomorrow. He might go back to somaliland.

And second point the government should first focus on the south. Let's get that under the government control everything else can wait.
