ICJ Under pressure from western countries

Post by sahal80 »

they pressured on the court after they get assured from Kheyre. it will be delayed again from june 2020 to december 2020.

i hope you get how the somali Govt is involved not via the court but via the UK.

UK roots for mediation in Kenya-Somali Maritime dispute
In Summary
• Through it’s High Commissioner to Kenya Jane Marriot, Britain said it would like to see Kenya and Somalia resolve the maritime border dispute amicably.

• Marriott said dialogue remains key to solving the maritime dispute between the two nations.
it will be bargaining chip for elections and a region.

Sahal,

Unfortunately for you this is not some tabloid spreading website in which you get to peddle your nonsense incessantly without being admonished. I'm sure your aim is to continue pushing your ridiculous Kheyre/Farmaajo rift hypothesis unabated, but when the disinformation campaign is this transparent getting exposed was inevitable.

First of all, the court case will not be delayed again from june 2020 to december 2020, that is clearly false information I would like to see your source on that claim. I say this because the documents from the court explicitly state there will be no further delays allowed by either party. Read it and weep.

Furthermore the wishes of the UK in this matter are utterly unimportant and inconsequential, there will be no mediation or out of court settlements as this current administration has stated on multiple occasions. The case is currently pending at the appropriate judicial venue and all parties involved in the matter will have to comply with the courts decision.

i stand by the rest of my statement. you kids csnt read between the lines i have polotical connections and we act as independent experts who hear from both the govt and opposition.

a week ago a stated kenya-kheyre election campaing connections. waxaa jira some thing that is set up kenya reads the future dabinkee sii dhigee. xiliga doorasha waa loo kala ordaa that is the reason of postponing for 8 months only half year from the next elections. im well informed that kheyre accepted UK and denmark request of dhexdhexaadin out of court therefore they pressured on the court on behalf of Somalia and kenya.

It’s clear farmaajo’s admin agreed to the delaying of hearing. The question is why other than the obvious reasons.

Ethiopia must be angry as they are t getting any free sea or port city like Kenya

No doubt faqash farmaajo has made some kind secret of deal with the devil western countries and Kenya to sell the 15 millions somali peoples sea for support for his Faqash qabiil to be president after 2021. Very dangerous policy by the faqash but they never learn from mistakes only after they are hanged do they cry..
