hirshabelle alone cant stand it needs a port income hence why i suggested a merge between hirshabelle, Galmudug and Banaadir and their president in villa Xamar. this is really a UDP strategy. we will have a president from babasdir and two general governors from hirshabelle and Galmudug. after 2021 there wont be fuking Somaliwayn.

After doing all these steps you will choose other ex ignorant warlord like sheikh sharif who will sell our sea to Kenya or HSM who will sell the land & girls to Saudi.
You will have all you want but they will busy in stealing the aid money & building mansions in turkey & Kenya. While the floods will keep coming every year & none of so-called leaders will invest in building any infrastructure.
