Marina beach Estate located in Keysaneey in Kaaraan looks very promising. Villas and sea view apartments. Construction will start in 2020. Wouldn't mind buying an apartment if the prices are decent.

It looks good. The only issue is the actual final product never looks as good as the designs. I really hope this won't be too close to the beach. Developers are encroaching on the beaches in Mogadishu and this should be made illegal.

Agreed. I don't think there are beaches in the area just cliffs. Closest sand beach is Liido or Ceelcadde north of mogadishu.

Gabeyre the Waceysle from Rugta ganacsiga is part of the group funding it.
