Here is my top positive things about muuse biixi

1. He empowered the youth , most of his ministers are Young. And he created a career path where the youth can get into the government system without family or clans connections. This change from AYAAD TAQAAN to MAXAAD TAQAAN is a massive step forward to weaken clan dependency.

2. He also empowered economy Justice. If for example a government institution wants to have a new building machine or car . It goes to the tender board (gudida qandaraasyada qaranka) who publicly display the project for all citizens. I can win , you can win , without any connections to the institution . This is also a massive step forward to eliminate Cronyism.

3. Unlike siilanyo , muuse biixi seems stubborn and can't be intimidated by any one. He make his own decisions good or bad. He generally give less importance to those who try to put pressure on him , who ever they are.


Those who are against the president Are mainly from two groups, the opposition leader Mr Cirro's clan , and those who Lost the privilege they had under the former corrupted and weak government of siilanyo. What ever those people say about the president is NONE SENSE . What we as the peaple of somaliland say is the ultimate truth .

Top negative things about muuse biixi

1. Despite his governments Major success , the president has no clue of the media power. Somaliland government press is overfunded and underused. Instead of creating a well organized media group against the enemies and the opposition. The government is reduced to struggle with irrelevant local journalists who does not deserve to consume the tax payers Oranges at the jail.

2. The president is very tough on his own community. To show others that he does not care , he grabbed huge land from his clan to the government, and the community did not get fair compensation .

3. The president is an old fashioned , he does not like music and art. Hargeisa is has no night life , he closed down music venues . And pushed all hotels to be closed as early as possible.

He doesn't need to entertain the public his ability to create jobs is what is important somalilanders want to get involved in politics but they are not able to that . Get these people of the qat and start creating jobs and make them work. His only bad side is he doesn't take advise from no one. And has the last decision sometimes its good to have some good advisers to get some sectors and institutions improved.
