this is all is about theory bc im not a delusional extremist who claims to have the Truth but like they say there is no fire without smoke! what we now for sure is the westren pressure on them to resolve this issue amicably with Kenya for security reasons but i dont know if Farmaajo will succumb to this. i think he is baving the way for kheyre who i believe will do it while farmaajo restores the relations with kenya and he will sign the deal like the case of shatif and ccc. some say Kenya may get 40% of the disputed blocks not 60%. Kenya backing either Kheyre or Farmaajo reelection+JL. Ethiopia has gone i have heard this politician saying there r two Somali regions who r witnessing qalalaaso now "bc it was Ethiopia that was keeping their stability!"

so the donors only see wadahadal to not waste the only year remained from the election so like i said before this issue can be dealt with through kenya only but it will depend if they sign the deal before that they will not give up on....(you know what i mean)

you are right i dont know local politics you may heard it from pro JL sources but im talking about federal level. i dont know about pl but i can tell you any connection with the federal govt. example my info on dhoobo.
