I read several websites non of them mentions this. Also Somaliland nation and amisom nation have not had any meetings since 2014 nearly 6 years now. Even Ethiopia and Eritrea tried to start the negotiations but did not go any where. Maybe after Koonfur have had their 20201 elections the Ic wll pressure them for some sort of meeting.
