These 50 humvees are a small donation, probably half of America’s payment for the base which is a big rip off, the pagans should request cash instead use that for cheaper arms from China and save the rest

We get plenty of arrangements from China, some public, some no so public to keep our enemies guessing.

China built a huge naval yard with plenty of armed cache from small bullets to artillery shells. Djibouti and China have implicit agreement when to use these assets.
