probably those in the east, who border somalis, such as ittu, aniya, ala, nole, jarso, babile.

As an oromo, i can be objective, because I do not necessarily favor one somali clan over the other. All are my flawed brothers and sisters in Islam, and I love somali women and may marry one in the near future, Allahu alam, InshaaAllah.

Now, from what I can see, the Isaaq are more powerful than the ciise, their country whether it's recognized or not, is larger both in population and land-mass, has more resources, overall it is more of a force to be reckoned with. Sl doesn't have the armies of what, 10 countries or so, in their country.
So if i were you, I would not be arrogant or hateful, but instead, remain humble kind sir.
Assimilating Muslims, whether they be Oromo or other than them, is not a bad thing, there's no such thing as pure races, or what have you, and if there are any; they are so few in number that they're insignificant. Perhaps you participated on the Christian side, certainly you were known as Gallas as recently as the latter part of the 20th century and, if they were any Oromos Muslim at the time, they made no difference numerically in the wars.
