Sahal Farmajo is not popular in Gedo he is only using Ethiopian soilders to force his way.

If Farmajo was popular in Gedo he wouldnt use Ethiopia.The JL admin that is pro madoobe would have just changed sides because of Marexanimo.

its all down to money and jufo politics. Madobe has allocated money for dolow admin and janan before he replaced Gen darwish as security minister and some support in luuq and baardheere bc of the vice president. Farmaajo can impose new faces for these places and jufoos in heshiish and back them with money and at the end they r walaalo. let us be realistic while i see Farmaajo supports in xamar being the idps i believe he has a supprt in subclan and many marginalized sactions of his dblock.
