Hirshabelle achievents r providing service to people and police

i always say waare is corrupt ajd so is Guudlaawe im not here for warshiping individuals but there is one thing they were good and that is proving services to people. just this week they started implementing three laami in baladweyne wich will be ready before their first term ends. the other thing is the Hirshabelle police. when you r starting your job with clan-based militias in Jowhar like ciidamada saneey and then you replace them with police forces who look abit mixed and most important loyal to the State not the warlords or Xamar Govt it makes easy for the admin to rely on them for their security in all instititions so many police stations and training police academy have been built in Baladweyne and Jowhar the last were a branch for the police in Ugaas Khalif airport and cadale police station. Hirshabelle only problem is security politically it's stable state. i believe this will be the best state in the long term for its closeness to the capital Mogadishu for that reason it will attract more Somali investmenents than other states.
