One Maamul will definitely govern Galkacyo and Nothern Mudug, no way 2 States can co-exist sharing 1 large city Galkacyo, there are many historical of past and present states who went to war for far less then sharing an huge city like Galkacyo.

It would be good once and for all if pl can be whipped into shape or vice versa. Sick and tired of pl obsessing about HG. War inleen tan oo kale. Don't they have isaq to worry about encroaching up on their space?
