I believe i have finally recovered from my addiction to somalinet, i havent logged in in months, and before that a whole year.
So any oldtimers around .
Thought id catch up and maybe rant a little..

smoking? yeah way ahead of you, i quit cigarettes 5 years ago and shiisha last year..
now weed ive gone down from everyday twice a day, to once a week and now its once a month..

eat wel exercise so alxamdulilah all good bro...

only problem is that sex drive has gone through the roof, im 40 but i am as horny as a 15 year old...

people should consider this before getting healthy...

Unlike weed & other psychoactive drugs, quitting smoking is a reality. I know individuals who used to smoke for up to 30 years and quit for good. However, psychoactive drugs change the brain physically and alters the perception, cognition, behavior, etc. It's almost impossible to quit those drugs, particularly for those who become addict at a younger age. Some develop tolerance for such drugs and move towards higher doses or more powerful drugs. There's also the matter of relapsing which is guaranteed to happen to most of those who try to quit it. Addiction to drugs is a lifelong struggle, and that's why gurey would continue to struggle having been an addict for at least a decade.

Psychoactives are not addictive physically definitely not canabis, this is an undisputed fact that medical professional with experience will tell you.



I can say I am over cannabis haven't had it in a couple of months but that's because I am on nootropics and don't want interference from outside factors.
