Makes sense why the divorce was less messy considering they have 3 kids. I am skeptical though she will pay 250,000 dollars for a divorce and he doesn't come across someone who will do that to his wife soon to be ex as a way of dealing with the hurt. I think that along with other internal issues that might have came up as a subsequent to mjs breathing down her neck might have led to the final outcome we see here. Also, it's never good idea to befriend the opposite sex that either works for you or you work with. If what PO said, there is absolutely nothing wrong with how current relationship developed.
