when somalia moves on with 1 man 1 vote then it will be based on land and population.

there is no guarantee percentage for any clan. there will be a census done and everyone will get his fair share.

for example lets say per 50,000 votes equal 1 mp, then hargeysa whose population is probably around the 400,000 will be allocated 8 mps.

burco is probably around 100,000 to 150,000 will probably get 2 or 3 mps and so forth. kismaayo is around 150,00 to 200,000 and will get 3 to 4 , MPS.

Kkkk you’re delusional hargeisa has 2 million residents. Anyways there will be a first past the post parliamentary system were you vote for your local parliamentarian and the party or coalition with the majority of the parliament will have its leader as prime minister. There is a guarantee of sorts as the parliamentary seat will be based in there clan territory. There will never be an allocation on patches of wilderness. Direct 1 man 1 vote presidential system would also never be accepted specially in a post conflict nation and one which such dishonesty as Somalia or it will become a competition of ballot stuffing, it’s already failing in SL between 1 qoys. The UK nor the US use that system either.

The 18 region from the 1980s will be wiped out. Konfuur galbeed will be extended to the juba river and puntland will keep north mudug. Instead there will be states and there provinces.

lets not get bogged down about population of hargeysa or kismaayo, lets just agree on no clan distribution but representation based on land plus population.

as for the 18 gobols they are set in stone.

The size of the land doesn't matter at all. It's the population size that matters in allocation of Parliament seats.

To change an idiology you need to shed some one's blood or sacrifice your life. I don't believe in miracles. For example to establish somaliland we Lost 100.000 thousand isaaqs plus the distruction of our main three cities. If for example one of our clans change their main. They should suffer again . You can't just wake up one morning and change your mind like girls changes their underwear.
