As a major stakeholder in hargeisa we are more than happy for Mogadishu to take the madaxtooyo, the parliament, the upper house and the wasaarado.

Hargeisa will in turn take the tax offices the Supreme Court, the home of the national airline and airspace control.

Dubai had to cancel a couple of it’s flights to Hargiesa because they said the airport staff are incompetent and giving outdated Or no information about climate and flight paths.
I think the airspace should stay in Mogadishu

You can think what you like but it will constitutionally be in hargeisa.
