Re: BREAKING: KDF increasing more troops incl. SPECIAL FORCES @ Beledxawo border w/ Somalia!!
The government in Mogadishu needs to perform a thorough investigation of who allowed Janan to escape because it is becoming clear the Kenyan government was behind it. Anyhow Kenyan fighter jets were flying over Beledxaawo in an attempt to intimate the locals and the SNA based there all yesterday. Many residents in neighborhoods near the border have already fled and moved further away into the country away from the border. Basically Kenya is trying to force Somalia to come to the table to negotiate the maritime dispute away from the courts but I don't believe it will work for them.

This is nothing to do with the maritime case. How can you force somalia to come to the table? Farmajo just needs to leave that case alone it was submitted before his term and it is a open and shut case. There is nothing to negotiate about.Turbulence wrote: Sat Mar 14, 2020 8:34 pm The government in Mogadishu needs to perform a thorough investigation of who allowed Janan to escape because it is becoming clear the Kenyan government was behind it. Marexaans want to negotiate with Kenya over the disputed sea to remove madoobe but they will be removed from the villa if they mess with the case.

Right, The Martime is clear case and it’s non negotiable I don’t why these ppl bring in the Martime every time we talking about Jubbaland.
Nobody believes that Kenyan has a legitimate case here, even Kenyans now that.
This about Kenya security and Alshaab along the border, stick to the topic, if the federal government with its thousands of overseas troops can’t secure the border with Kenya or clear Alshabab of where it Control, don’t blame when the international community fund and back neighboring countries to do the job

No we don't, you're a idiot. You don't know wtf you're talking about. Farmaajo will never negotiate on the maritime case. Madobe is a Kenya proxy. That Kenya is leveraging along with Janan and Ina Sayid. You don't know this region. Stick to the sambusa triangle my friend. You're way out of your league here.Samatalis249 wrote: Sat Mar 14, 2020 8:39 pmThis is nothing to do with the maritime case. How can you force somalia to come to the table? Re: BREAKING: KDF increasing more troops incl. SPECIAL FORCES @ Beledxawo border w/ Somalia!!
I don't know how legitimate Kenya's case is or not but that is beside the point. The issue is Kenya prefers to negotiate outside of the courts and they have attempted to do that numerous times. They have attempted all kinds of tactics in the past to force this because they have convinced themselves it gives them an advantage. And fortunately they have all failed so far. This is well documented. This Beledxaawo situation is just a continuation of that and Insha Allah it will fail too.IRONm@N wrote: Sat Mar 14, 2020 9:04 pm Right, The Martime is clear case and it’s non negotiable I don’t why these ppl bring in the Martime every time we talking about Jubbaland.

I don't know why you respond to the troll. I literally put him on ignore. I have seen him respond right after me a gazillion times trying to get my attention. Dude's desperation has only resulted in facing an empty wall---with no response.
As for the Madoobe supporter; it's like Theon Greyjoy's delusional moment all over again falling prey to Ramsey's puppeteering.
If we keep bringing up the Maritime Case as the entire reason for Kenya's interference and shenanigans, MAYBE IT'S BECAUSE KENYA IS QUITE CLEAR ABOUT IT BEING HER ONLY AND MAIN PURPOSE?
Right after the invite to Farmaajo, Kenya sent the same messenger to Ethiopia to ask Abiy to "help" broker a "maritime out of court settlement"

Uhuru sends Matiang'i to Abiy over row with Farmajo
Uhuru wants Abiy to also help get an out of court settlement with Farmajo on Indian Ocean.
In Summary
• The meeting in Addis Ababa is a follow-up to the weekend one where the Kenyan team met Somalia President Mohammed Farmajo.
• The Star has also established that President Uhuru Kenyatta believes that Abiy can help in brokering an out of court settlement over the maritime boundary dispute.

From your quote, it must be the troll. Lol @ submitted before his term. It's like a 5 year old unaware about basic civics. Exactly "what" was "submitted" and "when?"ReturnOfMariixmaan wrote: Sat Mar 14, 2020 9:11 pmNo we don't, you're a idiot. You don't know wtf you're talking about. President Hassan Sheekh Mohamud (MAY ALLAH PROTECT HIM FOR IT) to his credit took the brave and courageous decision to initiate a petition (i.e. claim/lawsuit, whatever you want to call it) after Kenya blew the chance for out of court arbitration, but the case is literally the work of Farmaajo administration.
This is not to say Hassan wouldn't or couldn't do the same.
It's just that his term was ending WHILE KENYA WAS EVEN RESISTANT TO ICJ HAVING JURISDICTION.
I mean 95% of the entire case (including 100% of President Hassan's term) was spent ESTABLISHING ICJ Jurisdiction which happened in 2019.
There was no case "case" to "submit" before August 2019.

Since then, the Farmaajo gov put together a defense team from around the world, put together an argument (the "case"), argued the legitimacy of the case in pretrial, went through motions, and was ready to argue their case...until Kenya asked for a "continuance" (to June 2020) in last ditch attempt to try everything to persuade Farmaajo gov to settle out of court.
When someone is desperate for out of court settlement even to the last moment just before trial, THEY WILL DEPLOY EVERYTHING THEY HAVE (PRESSURE, CAJOLE, BEG, THREATEN, ETC) ...
..BUT CONVERSELY ARE ALSO READY TO COMPROMISE BIG.
I have no doubt about it we wouldn't even be talking about Ahmed Madoobe if Farmaajo had even slight interest in out of court settlement.

Farmaajo's tribal adventure has blown up in his face.
The I.C led by the Americans has publicly called Farmaajo out.
Now the situation is going from bad to worse.
Instead of using military aid to defeat Al Shabaab Farmaajo has decided to fund a tribal militia.

The funny thing is XSM many timed asked Kenya for talks and Kenya basically blew him off. They had their chance. These latest actions by Kenya are actually concern over Mandeera. This whole thing went from harboring a fugitive militia to NFD now openly distancing themselves from Kenya and aligning with Somalia.
Besides Kenya still has to at least pretend as non partisan peacekeeping forces (Even though they’re not). They won’t openly attack SNF who are literally at the border post.

I've grown more insular honestly. I never knew Somalis hate us to this point that they will be willing to throw out their national assets to spite a clan. Somalis are low IQVoltage wrote: Sun Mar 15, 2020 12:19 amFrom your quote, it must be the troll. Lol @ submitted before his term. It's like a 5 year old unaware about basic civics.
