Crisis : self sufficient the key

The world is becoming a global village where every thing travels fast including infectious diseases
So the solution is and a lot of countries in the West have been adapting it for a while which is in your local area be self sufficient and make it cultivate your own product which is also carbon friendly that you dont have to export your products far away places where a lot of fuel is burnt by ship or airplain plus it's healthier nowadays as if something came from a far away place you don't know it where as if you have your own farm/garden you know what you grow
All and and all my message is self reliance is the key
