Are we sure they were not hacked or that account is fake? Anyway can they even do anything about him? He is a United States citizen based out of Washington D.C. I believe. I am not a fan of Harun Macruuf but I think this was very unprofessional by NISA. If they want to go after for whatever why announce to the world and through twitter at that?

It wouldn't matter if he's a US citizen, even a blue/green eyed one. NISA is a project of the US and Western govs, and has a long arm reach. They're threatening him through Twitter, 'cause it's cost effective (a few sentences). If Harun isn't wise enough to bend the knee, the US gov would arrest him for tax or immigration fraud, or some crime they know he did, and revoke his citizenship.
