Kenya brokers deal with madoobe and seraar/xidig

Im sure Mareexaan boogie man card was used by madoobe in this meeting.
But what does this agreement mean for the region? Kismayo might become more calm but I dont see this changing much. Also Kenya has still has their fingers deep in JL with greed for Somali resources.
