This is due to the offensive on Alshabab, NISA is destroying Alshabab along with international partners like the US, Kenya on the other hand is doing business with Alshabab in the charcoal trade, and they have a defense pact with Alshabab against SFG.
They will lose their AMISOM contract when Buale is captured by SFG.

Kenya is getting desperate, a loss of Income from Somalia and loss of "territory" and their defense pact with ethiopia out the window, Mombasa port on the line, corruption in their central government. Kenya will be defunct if it keeps going at this pace

The current Somali government has outclassed Kenya consistently. I'm sure the bloated bureaucracy in Nairobi has become too accustomed in dealing with dugsi macaalims and former karishbois. They were ill-equipped and caught flat footed when this administration came on the scene. This fake news war has brought about no benefits for them and the under-the-table agreements they used to have with Ethiopia has been crumbling. The ICJ case verdict will be the icing on the cake and a tough pill to swallow for them.

Tbh you can’t really blame them for becoming accustomed, that’s what they’ve been dealing with for 30 years

If Kenya is doing business with Alshabab, why is the US silent about it? And would NISA ever be able to fight Alshabab without the assistance of international partners that clear the path with drones, airstrikes, etc? This reliance on international partners is a recipe for disaster since Alshabab is weaker and lacks air force, yet haven't been defeated.dalalos101 wrote: Sat Apr 18, 2020 10:53 pm This is due to the offensive on Alshabab, NISA is destroying Alshabab along with international partners like the US, Kenya on the other hand is doing business with Alshabab in the charcoal trade, and they have a defense pact with Alshabab against SFG.

According to my sources. The Taaj thing was brainstormed by Dahabshill in conjunction with Safaricom alongside help from Kenyan media to attack Hormud which owns Taaj. Hormud is heavy in Jubbaland and Safaricom sees that as a threat to their interests. Somalia's resurgence is a direct threat to Kenya's economic and political interests.Somalization wrote: Sat Apr 18, 2020 11:32 pm Kenya is getting desperate, a loss of Income from Somalia and loss of "territory" and their defense pact with ethiopia out the window, Mombasa port on the line, corruption in their central government.
