Syria was controlled by two alawite families the Al assad Family and Al makhlouf family who are the relatives of Bashar al-Assad’s mother who passed away in 2016 since then his wifes sunni relatives started taking over from them. two of her brothers are daily humilating bashars cousin rami makhlouf asking him to pay $200 million taxes so he started blackmailing bashar with live videos! in one sectarian line he says "dont let this money go to other hands only the people you know!)
in social media the alawites have gone crazy saying the country has been taken over by the the grandsons of othe Ottomans!
