I know eebaay I already secured beachplots in Ceel macaan, Ceel cadde and Haabaay. Got it extremely cheap too. My eyes are set for Warsheikh ilaa Cadale but it's hard finding legit things.

A famous swedish professor who passed away recently said the best investment is a beach plot in Somalia.

It depends. I bought the one in Ceel macaan for 100 usd 12 years ago. Now it's worth 2500 usd. The one in ceelcadde I got it for 1500 usd 2 yrs ago.

It is extremely hard to find legit plots though. These reer mataan goofley are hustlers. Tgey sell the same plot to 10 different ppl.

It’s beautiful! Abti you should see the waterfalls of your Reer Abti in Idaan, Galmudug 300km north of Adaale. I nabbed some land for free along the bay which is teeming with shrimp. I am going when Corona ends and will set up a small cottage, solar powered well, and begin prospecting for gems.
