If only we had piece. Do you know how much we can make off just the amount of people I’m Xamar who will go out for a weekend or quick holiday and spend money.!

I know eebaay I already secured beachplots in Ceel macaan, Ceel cadde and Haabaay. Got it extremely cheap too. It depends. I bought the one in Ceel macaan for 100 usd 12 years ago. Now it's worth 2500 usd. The one in ceelcadde I got it for 1500 usd 2 yrs ago.
It is extremely hard to find legit plots though. These reer mataan goofley are hustlers. Tgey sell the same plot to 10 different ppl.

It’s beautiful! Abti you should see the waterfalls of your Reer Abti in Idaan, Galmudug 300km north of Adaale. I nabbed some land for free along the bay which is teeming with shrimp. I am going when Corona ends and will set up a small cottage, solar powered well, and begin prospecting for gems.
