Okay, so in Ceelasha Biyaha, Somalia there was a doctor giving a interview about a patient he had. The patient was like a 7 year old kid that needed a blood donor urgently to save his life. The kids Father was from the so called 'nasab' Somalis while the kids mother was Madhibaan. Btw, I know of 3 cases in N America where guys marry from the so called Non-Nasab so its not unprecedented. The kid had a rare blood type, not to mention you don't even decent facilities to store blood. So FINALLY, they found one of the kids Abtiyaal (Madhibaan) had the kid's blood type and guess what the family of the kid said? No thanks, we're not taking the blood of a Madhibaan. I think the kid died.
So to put this in perspective, and think by normal human intelligence standards lets try to process this 
You live in a frigging Internally Displaced Camp, essentially beg for food, clothe and drink, have a child who's life is on the ledge, yet can't even muster the bare minimum amount of brain capacity to realize that type of arrogance is not only counter-productive but ludicrous considering your situation. I simply don't know of any other human species that would exhibit this level of subhuman level intelligence.
