First, masha Allah Buurdhoobe. South Sudan has fertile land, is oil-rich, is the envy of many (in terms of its natural resources)--yet is in worse shape than Somalia. Other countries like Japan that barely have any worthwhile natural resources are the envy of many (in terms of its people).
