Do more secular Somalians support Turkey?

Post by BigBreak »

Do folk from :som: who are socially and politically secular to some degree support a country, in this case Turkey, that is alleged to have been helping bring non- secular groups such as the Muslim Brotherhood to power in a number of Muslim majority countries and make themselves the regional hegemon once again just like in the Ottoman Empire.

If you appreciate Turkey helping Somalia recover and be functional again but are secular do you fear being ruled by a Ikhwan type party backed by Ankara especially if such a party becomes difficult to remove via the ballot box

Elaborate 'secular Somalians.' How do they differ from conservative Somalis?
