We need Dugsi reform. The Macalin Dugsi should get a certificate and be approved to teach Quran and should go under character and background check and also mental psychological check. Close all Dugsis that don’t have certified, verified teachers.
Any criminal or pedophile can be macalin Dugsi with the system in place now.
If the macalin killed someone before or shows pedophile tendencies where he married girls less than 16 old he should be denied to teach . If he can’t read or write or eats khad and smokes deny.
