Light skin people are rare in puntland

So we went to puntland few weeks ago.
With a group of people. The garowe folks were shocked when they saw a few light skin folks in our crew. It's like they have never seen such people. They kept asking if they were mixed with Indian or Arabs. They responded no they were surprised. It seems in puntland light brown folks are very endangered species there.

How did they react when they learned you're from Waqooyi Galbeed?

They were actually very friendly and had allot of respect for Somalilanders. They were very welcoming to.
